Game Day Tasks
Game Sheets / Player Roster Stickers:
There is a template for the player roster stickers. It can be obtained by reaching out to Maeve Blake communications@oemha.ca Please ensure coaches & trainers (with the trainer’s registration number) are included. A sticker must be placed on each of the four copies of the game sheet – and please ensure your opposing team also does this.
If it’s a home game, the manager is responsible for picking up the game sheet after the referee has reviewed and signed it. You then give a copy to the other team’s manager. If it’s an away game, you just need to take a copy at the end of the game.
Entering game scores:
The manager is responsible for entering the score for HOME games on goal line. Here is the link to the instructions on how to do it http://bytowndistrict.ca/page.php?page_id=56947
Time-Keepers and Score Keepers:
You will need a time-keeper and a score-keeper for HOME games only (U15 and below). There are videos and written instructions on how to run the arena clocks on the website “Volunteers” “Time Keepers”. HEO also periodically offer online courses on time keeping. Link is on the website. Instructions on how to complete a game sheet can be found here http://bytowndistrict.ca/files/filling_out_game_sheets_2021.pdf
TTM: this is an online system for entering suspensions and affiliations. Once the team rosters are finalized, you should receive a TTM log in. Confirm with your coach who will do what – some coaches will do all the entries, some none, some only suspensions etc. The process for affiliating players can be found here

If you need a TTM log in and do not receive one, please contact Jean Messier ttm@districtbhockey.ca
