Conflicts for games (e.g. tournaments, team event) need to be entered here https://forms.gle/Lp7wBUyetuVnaRMK7 as soon as the manager becomes aware of them so that league games can be rescheduled. There is no minimum notice period requirement however if a conflict is not entered in sufficient time there is the possibility it cannot be rescheduled so your team will forfeit that game.

Please ensure the entire weekend of a tournament is blocked off e.g. if the team has scheduled games on Friday & Saturday morning, but may make the semis / final on the Sunday, block off the Sunday too.

If the conflict no longer applies (e.g. an exhibition game you had registered as a conflict gets a cancelled) you can use the same link to cancel the previously registered conflict
