Let the Season Begin

Hi Hockey families,

Lengthy Email with lots of updates:

1. Team Snap is setup - everyone should have recieved an invite; if you have not let me know
2. Games have been added to both teamsnap and goaline
   1. Home games - i have set up Assignments for Clock and ScoreKeep in TeamSnap - please sign up if you can help out
3. Practices have been added to both as well - Next practice is Wednesday, Oct 16
4. Away Tournament - Napanee Fallen Stars Dates:
   1. Friday November, 29- Sunday, December 01
   2. Schedule - we will likely know - 2 weeks before Tournament Dates
   3. Hotel Booking Group link will be sent hopefully on wednesday this week; we will likely be staying in Belleville - as Games are played in both Napanee and Desoronto
   4. Don't worry - the hotel has a pool and continental breakfast included :)
5. Team fees  are going to be set @ $400.00 - this can be paid in full or 2 seperate payments of $200.00
   1. First Payment $200.00 - On/Before 11.15.2024
   2. Second Payment $200.00 - On/Before  12.15.2024
   3. Payments can be sent to our team email "oeu13b.gators@gmail.com"
6. Other Tournaments - that we plan to particiate in ( availability Dependant) - I will share as these tournaments get firmed up.
   1. OEMHA - March 07-09
   2. Captial House classic - Hosted by KMHA/LMHA - Feb 14-16
   3. Waitlisted (Brockville Minor Hockey Tournament) - Jan 17-19
