Silver Medal for U18B1 at CanAm!

Ottawa East U18B1 put on a fantastic performance to win silver at the U18B CanAm Tournament in Montreal.
U18B1 tied their first game 3-3 against Kemptville. They went on to give two stellar performances in the rest of their pool games, winning 5 -1 against the Eganville Eagles and 8 -2 against the Faustina Fury.
Facing a tough (competitive) team who had won all their pool games 8-0 or 9-0, the boys played exceptional hockey to narrowly lose 2-1 in the final, taking home silver.
It was a winning weekend in more ways than one, as Rowan Bejjani won the U18B goalies shootout competition and Cormac Blake won the U18B shooters competition! Congratulations lads!

U18B represented Ottawa East as the hard-working, inclusive, fun and skillful association we all know it to be. Way to go East!
