To avoid game conflicts with your team's planned events (such as tournaments) we need to capture any blackout dates by team. The number and submission of dates are regulated by the BMHL Rules (Appendix 5) but it is always best to submit dates as soon as possible. 

We use a online form that can be completed by Convenors or Teams, the user will be emailed a copy of the submission for verification. Anyone can see the contents of the form (data and summaries). If a team no longer needs a date as a blackout, they can use the same form to reverse the request.
