Picture day October 30th at 11h30

Ottawa East Photo Day will be held on October 30, 2011 at 11h30 at St Laurent Complex - Spring & Summer Rooms.  Team and individual photos will be taken.

 

Photos are taken with full gear, including sticks, but no helmets or neck guards.  Players should arrive with most of their gear on 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time.  There will be no dressing rooms to change in. 

 

Order Forms should be filled out in advance and given to your coach or manager.  Every player will receive a group photo plaque at the end of season BBQ which is paid for by the association. Additional items can be purchased - details are on the order form and on the website at www.capitalsportsphoto.com  Every player needs to bring a form to photo day (even if they are only getting the plaque). 

 

Payment for individual photos must be made on site.  Cheques should be made out to Capital Sports Photo.  Capital Sports Photo also accepts Visa and Mastercard (min $10.00).
