The Atom B2 Bombers won the OE/SE John Messier Tournament over the weekend of March 11-13. The Bombers with three affiliates went through the round robin with a record of 2-0-1 finishing first. The SE Storm Hawks were the runners up for the final. The Storm Hawks took a three nothing lead after the first period. After many missed chances in the first the B2 Bombers exploded with four un-answered goal in the second lead by Brandon Bédard with a natural hat trick. The B2 Bomber finally won 6-4. This was the second Tournament final for the B2 Bombers, the first one having been ceded to the SE Sharks in overtime at the Russell Tournament. This win was all the more savored by the team. Excellent job B2 Bombers!!!!
